The Royal Courts of Justice, London
Step into the world of the British Justice system with a tour delivered by a blue badge guide. The building is a spectacular example of Victorian Gothic architecture, with enchanting corridors and over 1,000 rooms. Some of the most significant legal judgements in the country have been made here. Highlights include the Great Hall, viewing the original court documents relating to ‘Guy Fawkes’ from 1605, an exhibition of legal costumes, and history of the Royal Courts of Justice famous cases and inquiries. Subject to the cases being heard on the day, you may have the opportunity to view a live case from the public gallery during the afternoon.
