Monkey World, Dorset
As seen on TV. A fascinating day out for all the family and an unrivalled opportunity to get close to over 250 rescued and endangered apes and monkeys. Established in the 1980’s by the late Jim Cronin, the internationally acclaimed rescue centre stands on a 65-acre woodland park, where there are over 20 different species from all over the world – saved from the likes of the entertainment industry or smugglers. Now safe in a naturalistic environment, it is the largest rescue centre of its kind in the world.
