The health and safety of our passengers and staff is always our top priority and we want you to have peace of mind and complete confidence when travelling with us. So, in line with government regulations, we have introduced additional measures and procedures, both on and off our vehicles, to make sure you feel safe and comfortable throughout your journey.
If you have any queries or concerns about travelling, please
do contact us and speak to a member of our team.
Hand Sanitiser Hand sanitiser dispensers have been installed on-board our vehicles for both driver and passenger use. | Purifying Air Filters Our new air filtration systems will regularly purify the air on-board the vehicle throughout your coach journey.

Face Coverings All passengers travelling on a commuter coach or coach holiday will be required to supply and wear a face mask or face covering unless exempt. Whilst this does not affect private hire coach services or those operated under contract, we advise and recommend that face coverings are worn on all coaches (unless exempt). Drivers will be expected to wear face coverings when interacting with customers, onboard and outside the vehicle. | Cleaning We continue to run enhanced cleaning regimes. Our vehicles are cleaned multiple times a day; which includes the disinfection of all high contact areas with antiviral products and fogging systems. |
Following confirmation from the Department for Transport (DfT), all front seated coach departures can now safely operate at full seating capacity.
Were really pleased to hold the Were Good to Go industry standard to show that were following government and public health guidance, and to reassure our customers that they can travel with us in confidence.
