Wicksteed Park Christmas Show 'Auntie Brenda's Christmas Tale'
Set in 147 acres of peaceful lakes and parklands, Wicksteed Park is one of the oldest amusement parks in England featuring a fairground and lakeside, and an Edwardian Grand Pavilion. This festive season in the Pavilion it will be hosting ‘Auntie Brenda’s Christmas Tale’. Telling the story of the Moddershall house who on Christmas Day are interrupted by an outrageous sister and troublesome son, it is full of humour with an underlying touching story, and is choreographed by a fourpiece band which links 25 popular songs from Christmases throughout the years. Includes a Christmas lunch consisting of Roast Turkey served with vegetables and potatoes, followed by Apple and cinnamon crumble with cream. An Afternoon Tea will include a selection of cakes with a pot of tea.
